Poor service delivery

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope that you are well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this email to express my deepest disappoint in the services that I have received from the Midrand traffic department and the Magistrates court still in Midrand.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday the 13th of June 2016 at I went to Midrand traffic department to renew my drivers ‘licence I was there at around 07:30 in the morning but got turn back by the security cause they cut the que @07h00, second encounter I went to the Magistrates courts to check my traffic fines I also got turn back by security saying that they are on lunch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really think that this is such a disappointment to think that this particular government dept. has Batho pele principle boards all over their walls but the same people can’t even practice those principles.</p> <p> </p> <p>This department needs to fire all these *********** people and hire young and educated people. Really it’s ridiculous to think that I will have to take time off work just to renew my driver’s licence and settle my traffic fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
