Poor service at Mabopane (Ipeleng) traffic department

What I experienced today was very bad. I booked for my son a learners licence online and got a date at Mabopane (Ipeleng) traffic department. I paid for a booking, and when we went for him to write on the 13 October 2020, he arrived early at the place and waited for time to go in. Names were called by an official at the office to go inside and my son and other 3 people were told to return the following day upon receipt a call from an official. No call received and we had to book somewhere else.

This is very bad because I took leave to accompany him for nothing. I paid R108 for nothing. need my money back.
