Poor Service

The traffict departments in Caroline, Mpumalanga. The word poor servise is really an understatement. The people who are supposed to do eye test, they have totally no idea why they are here, the worst part is it seems like there's no supervisor, nothing at all.

People are queuing inside the office, the two ladies are just standing outside the door and just chatting, not for ten or thirty minutes, way longer than that and we approached them and they rudely tell us they are coming. From 8H30 - 13H00 we are still waiting, they come do one eye test and then are gone for hours.

This is totally unacceptable. And there is no office to report this. No one tells us what is the problem.
