Poor service

I app**** for pdp drivers licence on the 23th of August 2018, after six weeks i went to check for my card and to no avail, their answer was that it is due to strike, and the lady at the reception also told me that there are people who even came before and they are still waiting, early December i phoned and i was told that the information has been captured however they are still waiting for the cards to be processed, today on the 04th of January i am told that due to strike the cards are not yet ready. I am now close to five months without my drivers licence and obviously there are other people who app**** before me and did not have their cards, meaning our drivers licence are going to expire at the department before we even receive them, i doubt these is no longer about the strike,they are using the strike as an excuse , We are paying for these cards for heavens sake, Our government is at it as usual.
