Poor service

To renew a cars license disk, one needs to que at the "enquiries" line just to get a form, fill it in, and que back at the same line starting at the back to submit the form. They then fill in a form on your behalf of which you need to submit at a new line, which is titled "vehicle registrations" which is the line that one needs to go to because it's not like you're here to enquire.
