Poor organization and lack of professionalism

Poor organization and lack of professionalism No clear signs as to the process when arriving and very offish responses from staff at the enquires counter. Unfortunately the system fails short as appointment times are not even closely adhered to. Staff that facilitate the process are unprofessional eg:eating and on their cell phones while attending to customers that they are attending to.
