PLK traffic department misprint

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have just come back from collecting my new drivers card from the Polokwane traffic and licensing department, after renewing it last year. </p> <p>The line was smooth , I was was greeted with a smile. However once I was given my card I realised that my additional language, xitsonga, that I had ticked on the application forms to be on my license card was not there and my card was only in English. I expressed my dismay at this error from the department, I then asked how I could fix it or get help and was told I could fix it the next time I renew my licence (in 5yrs !!!) This definately fueled my anger.. </p> <p>So for a mistake the department made i was told that i either fix it in 5yrs or i come back and go through the entire renewal of license process from eye tests and full repaymentthat takes several hours at times. I don't under tans why my card could not be reprinted with the correct details which i had asked for according to the options given to be in the renewal forms. Is it the department underminin my right to my home language.</p>
