Pinetown RTI (NPA)

Pinetown RTI has the worst service, I went there for my motor and drivers licence from last week, I still have not received any assistance, if systems are now down, they close early. Can this be forwarded to the relevant Minister and I personally think there should be an undercover audit conducted in that institution. I have given up on renewing my license, I have lost days worth of work already.
