Phenomenal outstanding service
<p>I always dread to renew my driver's licence and car licence. Yesterday's experience at Watloo testing station was phenomenal. My expectations were truly exceeded. As people we are so use to complaining and highlighting the negative that we go into a place already negative and guess what our experience is going to be negative. </p> <p>1. The queue was short and the signage has improved tremendously. <br />2. The security guard was more than a guard but a glorified customer service representative. Jovial and bouncy in that cold ensuring everyone had the right forms and were in the right queues and monitoring the queues. I was impressed. <br />3. The African lady who was collecting the documents at the counter was a bit unfriendly, but I chose to smile and be courteous,made a joke with her and complimented her on her boots she was wearing, lo and behold a smile and a conversation. Even a have a nice day and thank you for making my day.<br />4. By the time I got to the cashier I was a bit despondent from waiting, again my mindset was I want to get in and get out, reality is I was there for 45 minutes but it felt like hours!!!! 59 she called, R600.00 she goes prints something and says please go back to the information window. I can't put up a scene at the DMV , who is going to care anyway. Went there sorted out my old car's docs and back to the cashier. I thought, ,let me try another cashier.<br />5. WOW ,WOW ,WOW Moment the service received from this cashier Claudine who went the extra mile to resolve my query , friendly,smiling , empathising and resolving something I have srruggled for three years to resolve.</p> <p>She showed me that as people we really just love to complain and look at the negstive. We receive what we project and deflect what we are already feeling inside.</p> <p>Smile you will receive a smile back<br />Greet you will be greeted back<br />Laugh someone will laugh with you<br />Have patience and time will reflect right<br />Humble yourself <br />Put yourself in the other person's shoes<br />Have RESPECT for others and what you do.</p> <p>Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men, knowing that you will receive the reward of an inheritance from the Lord.
