Operating times not kept

I had traveled all the way from Vaal to Benoni traffic department. Gor here at 12:23, and to my frustration, they are closed. Thier operating times according to Google on Saturdays is 8am-14pm

I'm literally 2hrs before closing. Why are they closed so early. Ppl are still coming in and are also shocked. Like this is unacceptable!!!
