Odendaalsrus

Good afternoon I wish to launch a complained in regards to traffic department in Odendaalsrus I wanted to go and renew my license disk on my vehicle but safety officer at the door stated that they are trading at 08:00 and 12:00 I was their before 11:00, why must I go to Welkom to renew as I am staying in Odendaalsrus and was well with in time. I ask her to give me a letter stating that they area closed to give to my employer as I took leave for the today. Their is no service delivery they can close the department to safe cost.
