not answering their phones

Hi <br> <br> I want to check if my license is ready for collection however, i cant as the traffic department doesn't pick up their phones. <br> Please could some ensure that they pick up there phones!!! its highly frustrating to not have anyone pick up their phone when you are calling from half way across the world.
