Nonsense of service

i have since renewed my license in June 2022 at Akasia DLTC... upon collection on 06/09/2022 i was told they had lost my license card.. instead of these people assisting me to re-order another one, they decided to leave their working stations without even informing us clients what is what. how do you make someone wait for over an hour when it is your mistake that a license card could not be found? this is total bullsh*t and to some of us, time lost is money lost. i'm literally fuming and agitated by the service these people give to clients... so unprofessional
