No speedpoint machines

<p>For the past 10 years I have been renewing my licence disk. Still there is no card machines to swipe the amount on. They only take cash which ridiculous. The reason I was given is that the signal is "poor" or " it's a problem that one yoh". This is not only in jhb but capetown too, and I'm pretty sure it's nationwide. Each time after a long waiting wait in line I get to the front to be told I am 20 rands short and I have to get out of there and look for an atm and then come back to pay the difference. I paid R570 for one year licence, and they only tell the amount payable once u get to the till. Am i suppose to guess what the amount is and carry a whole wad of cash each timw in case the price has risen this year??This is just unacceptable. If pick not pay serve 100s of patrons each day with cashpoints and sufficient signal there is no reason for government departments and traffic licence renewal centres ! </p>
