No service from Mamelodi traffic department

It's so sad that we have to be stuck in traffic for more than our hour while the department is just few minutes away from the chaos. Mamelodi traffic cops are aware of how bad the traffic is at denlyn, Masakhane bridge robots and eersterus but they don't help at all. Today morning I had to phone the department in town twice and metro only came after one hour. Irrespective of the drills they have in mornings they must always make means to allocate staff that will help control the traffic. My child was late for school, I was late for work, been stuck in traffic for an hour. Sometimes they must put themselves in our shoes and mostly they must try all they can to help motorists and pedestrians.
