No marking paper for code 10 testing at Thembisa Traffic Department

Poor service at Thembisa Traffic department, they booked a date for me to do drive testing code 10 ,I went to confirm date and paid R240 ,on the testing day only to leave me hanging without telling me that there is no paper for marking code 10, after hours they tell me that they are experiencing challenges they will call me, waited and waited no call until I go back to enquire ,only for them to tell me to go lodge a complaint at the mayor's office.. why do they let people confirm dates if there's no marking paper for code 10? Now I'm waiting for only God knows when they going to have the marking paper. I hope this get into the right hands and resolve this issue, if they can't manage the place they should let other Traffic department run because this frustrating and unprofessional
