No integrity

Western Cape offers have no integrity at all. On the 23rd I was bombed by a City of Cape Town municipality vehicle while on my motorcycle. A bi stander waited with me to give his statement and he called the traffic officers when the traffic officer got to the scene he did not even greet or introduce himself. He asked me what happened I told him that when I got to the robots I stops to check if it's safe few seconds late I had a bang the next thing in was on the air after he bumped me he hit a traffic light. Gave my story to the office the he started speaking in Africans with the guy who bumped me and I asked the to speak in English, he then said he is done I asked him to take the he said no he will tell the same thing as me and the guy who bumped me but when I got the accident report my version of the story was not there and the other guys story was totally different.
