NO FORMS

<p>When they tell you that there are no forms to fill for your learners....I went to the departmment yesterday at 2pm....Noone to Inform customers about the process,doctor locked had to go outside and climb chairs to speak to one of the officers,he told me that there are no forms.....Today I got there at 10:45 they told us come Monday that there are no forms...I spoke to the supervisor Mr Gadebe who told me because they close at 14:30 so they cut the line....when people take breaks they should mak sure that there is someone who is gonna take over to keel it going....The office hours should be visible for everyone to see...The process should be explained when you get in.</p>
