Mistreated by Traffic Officer

My car was suspended on the road (03 June 2015) in Vosloorus for doors that could not be opened from inside also opening a case of harassment against my driver while he was the one who harassed him I did fix a car and went for testing after that we got certificate for that but today I find out that it was suspended again yesterday (25 June 2015) before I can even retrieve a car disk. <br> And the statement he made to my drive saying \he hates blacks"in this century in our country we still have these type of people who are still ill-treating others like that while serving our country.<br> I have a video of that incident"""
