Mistreated and verbally attacked by the Supervisor (Mpitesng/ Pitseng/ or something similar.)

<p>3 January 2017, I arrived at around 10:00am that morning. Reception Clerk double checks my documents and sends me inside for processing and eyetest. It was a long wait as expected, but I was shocked to see how people were mistreated all the while before I had my turn. After 3 long hours it was finally my turn. The processing lady rudely shoves my documents back at me and yells at me to go see her supervisor as she cannot approve something , what that was i cannot say as no one ever explained. I get to the supervisor lady who is rude stright off the batt. </p> <p> </p> <p>This woman grabs my documents and looks at only the first page of my lease agreement which had the passport number of my flatmate as well as my ID number. She twists her face as though there is a problem then starts to shout at me about something on that page. I asked her repeatedly to explain exactly what was wrong and she wouldn't. She proceeded to scream at me. I calmly asked her to stop shouting but she says </p> <p>"This is how i speak, this is my office and i will talk to you however I want." she said.</p> <p>"You and your foreign friends can **** off" is another thing she said in her rant.</p> <p>Now i am stunned and without words, this level of disrespect is unheard of.</p> <p>I am without options as to what i can do next. The whole experience was terrible and I walked out of there feeling violated and discriminated against.</p> <p> </p> <p>My process is not done yet obviously, one thing is for sure. I will not be going back to that department. That kind of treatment should be punishable. I do not know who sits above her office so I can escalate the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please be on the look out.
