Matlosana Traffic department

I have been issued for traffic violation ref number *** from Matlosana with the car reg HWW943 NW of which this is not any of my cars reg. I have never travelled to Klerksdorp as I'm in lephalale .The fine was sent to the wrong person as both my vehicles are GP.
