Magistrate office in Mpofana is not helpful

On the 18/10/19 i got a ticket given by an official by Mpofana urban , we were on our way from mooirivier to pretoria , at the back of the ticket the officer gave us an email of *** that after paying we should email the ticket to him, on the 22/10/19 i went to the post office to pay the ticket they couldnt help me, i went to absa, fnb and nedbank and all could not help me, i googled the place, called eg ***,*** ***. I wrote emails to Gugu, got no reply called Rita who was helpful and she gave me the number of Grey Paul( apologies not sure which is the name or surname)on this nr ***, he is very helpful i must say, he says the problem is they cant get through to the magistrate iffice to give me a ref nr to be able to pay the ticket, i called more than 20 times, honestly, the Magistrate office in Mpofana why cant we make an eft for such things? In this day and era you struggle to get a ref nr really, do not be surprised when people do not pay their tickets,, you are really wasting our time and money ! We do not even have ti call your unanswered phones!
