license renewal

yesterday I went to traffic department testing station at ngangelizwe to collect my driving license,I was attended by the 3 women who were sitting outside chatting and busy taking photos with their cell phones,whilst I was talking they were just busy laughing and taking pics in a way that they couldn't even answer me properly,they said I should come after 2 months,that all the license renewals starting from April have not been returned yet so I should come end July.how insane is that?....I just wish people could stop making public places private,and tend to claim them as their homes,because I believe that when u at work u should act professionally...government places are not shebeens or supermarkets...and stop undermining people becouse they don't know them and think that when they are at their own work all is fine they'd never need help from anyone anywhere. ...
