License card collection bad service.

Went to renew my drivers license on the 13-07-2017 and was told that I must come collect it after 6 weeks, when I went there was informed that my photo was not taken properly I should take another one. Which I did,was told to return again after 6weeks.

I returned on the 27-09-2017 a lady called Latoya Gibbs assisted and ultimately some rude guy called Size Kali came and spoke to me as if he was doing me a favour, worse after using a condescending tone with me he walked away and told Latoya not to give me his name cause I was going to report him to his seniors.
