Licence card not there

Hi no stars. I went he 27 aug to renew my license and im still waiting now they say i have to buy a temp license coz they were on strike and my card is still not there. Im not buying a temp one so that they can makr ekstra money out of me. Every time i phone the answer is you know we striked so the cards are not here yet and we are closing th 25 dec. Whos problem is that that thr license cards are not there yet. Its pathetic. They tell you 6 weeks and ive being waiting from aug already.
