Lazy Lazy Lazy

On Friday the 20th of February 2015 I went to renew my pdp. Got there to find the guy that's suppose to be doing fingerprints, busy conducting a learners exam. Ok, all good, asked them if I can return later the day when he will be finish. Only thing they told me that is yes and I should not return later then 3. ... returned later that day at about 2, stil looking for the gentleman to do me n my dad's fingerprints. Finally my dad gets hold of him. He did my my dad's prints, but told me to come back the following Tuesday, because he's going now. This is where we started arguing and I told him I was here in the morning and I drove a big distance to come here and can't keep on staying out of work... where he rep**** 'I can't tel him when n when he can't leave'. I mean knocking off at pas 2?... I managed to get my prints done but with a what I call n unnecessary way. What happened to our people serving goverment. Why do we always need to struggle to get things done and why at this specific traffic department there's only one guy to do prints and y y y y y y y.
