Lack of service

I went to kuilsriver traffic dept on Tuesday afternoon we got there at 3:15 and was told the offices closed at 3 o'clock while their time table states they close at 3:30 the next day I went back there only to be told my daughter cannot use our municipal account.. I told the lady but I am there I can confirm her address with the municipal acc, but this lady insist we go to police station to get affidavit... I am so fed up with some not all of the gov staff that think they can do and say anything ro the public... Now she want my daughter to come back for a 3rd time.. I mean on whose expense is this... It just makes me think.. No wonder there are so many ******* drivers on the roads because of tge service you get or the lack there of... In somerset west we where told they don't take anymore appointments as. They are full until March.. Where in the world.. I really don't know where we are going with these people that ia supposed to help
