Laanglate Traffic Department and poor service.

I am writing with great disappointment and distraught. I did my drivers license on the 1st of August at that Traffic Department and when I want to go collect my drivers license card I am told to come after 3 weeks. I mean THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY SIX WEEKS AFTER MY TEST DATE. I must have gotten my drivers license card on the 12 of September 2018. but noooo I must come after 3 weeks. I am sick and tired of the same song over and over again, and the most shocking part is people who went to test after my test date are holding their drivers license cards while I am still waiting for mine even TODAY. 3 MONTHS I am still waiting...…..
