I don't think this traffic officer (emp code- ********** 5) is cut out for her role as Test Officer or Examiner. She has no patience and doesn't know how to speak to learner drivers. Why would you put more pressure on a nervous person? Isn't it your job to put the learners at ease and to ensure that they are comfortable? If that's how you treat people, I'm not quite sure how you got the job in the first place....
