Kempton Park traffic department

Good day, Please assist, I have a problem with traffic department at Kempton Park. They are offline since Friday last week until today and I app**** for pdp which I cannot look for work if I don't have it. My question is if they always offline the whole day it means they getting paid for doing nothing, I am saying the whole because I am waiting ourside hoping the system will work. I am not happy with them as I am loosing opportunities out there, I am not working and I am depending on that pdp to get a Job. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thank you
