Kathu Traffic Department- Terrible service

I am deeply disappointed in Kathu Traffic Department. I have been struggling for 2 months just to get my drivers license renew. First we have to be there at 4am in the morning in order to be part of the first 20 people, in order to be assisted. While waking up very early, waiting in line since 4am, the systems are offline. Once again, they cannot assist today, due to systems being offline. I have been waiting patiently for 2 months, only to find the system is offline. I am driving around with a temporary license, as I cannot get a new license. I have to take leave from my work in order to go for license renewal. This is pathetic service and no one is willing to go the extra mile. People have been renewing their temporary licenses for months, as they are not being helped. I am deeply disappointed and would really like this to be attended to.
