Is PAYMYFINES now a new **** to get your money?

I keep getting emails about a speed fine. I actually did go to Paymyfines to pay it, but I do NOT trust the safety of the site -- just look at the address on top. There's no https:// ... Today I got another reminder, and when I tried to go pay the fine at Paymyfines, I was stopped dead by my antivirus software -- it is NOT a safe site, it says. So, what the heck is going on? Is this a NEW ****?? I have paid fines before, with no warnings and no trouble. The owners of that website, please note -- I AM NOT GOING TO PAYMYFINES again. Be warned, all of you who enter there!!
