Injury caused by by traffic department path

I paid a visit to renew my disc at Ficksburg traffic department and the service was fine,my problem is the area where I have to walk towards the office.It's an uphill when you go to the office and downhill when you go back however it's not safe as there's stones everywhere and it's not leveled so that people can be able to walk safely there.Today when I finished with the renewal of my disc I fell on that path and twisted my ankle.Something should be done with that path.
