Inefficiency in service delivery

I went for my driver's licence test at the Barkly East Traffic Department on the 14th of August 2019 and I was told that my driver's licence card will be ready after 4 weeks. I couldn't after 4 weeks as I work in another province. Today 03/01/2020, I went there to collect only to find out that they never even ordered my card; now I have to wait another 4 weeks and travel back to Eastern Cape to get which is inconveniencing me in many ways.
