INCORRECT TRAFFIC FINE ON MY NAME

I noticed a traffic fine of R1800 on my name via the paycity website this is incorrect i need this fine to be cancelled please the person who got towed is the only one who got a fine of R500 his name is ashwin soe****er and thats because he left his licence at home the traffic officer took my details but asked my sister who sat next to my and who's got licence to tow the other motor vehicle instead.
