*********** Red Tape idiocy!

What is up with you and your total disrespect for private individuals time who pay taxes so that you have a job? Normally my licence disc renewal notices are posted to me. This year due to another totally *********** government department, (I assume) the post office, these renewal notices never arrived. Or was it the traffic department? In past years I merely phoned the traffic department, did an EFT and everything was posted to me. Now I suddenly realise last minute I need to renew my discs, and I send my daughter with copies of the old licences to renew them, and your staff has the cheek to say she needs a copy of my ID and hers with a letter of permission to renew the licence disks!<br> <br> Huh? Many people in the country don't even licence their cars and then when one is an honest citizen and wants to do the right thing and send a family member to renew a disk, you a full of ****! What are you people smoking? I am sick and tired of the incompetence and time you waste on red tape and political ploys. It's about time you focused of productivity and serving the people that pay your salaries! Not everyone is a ******** and to treat everyone as such is discriminatory. I am HIGHLY offended
