In 2018 June, I was travelling from Cape Town to Eastern Cape, in Beaufort West i was issued with traffic fine for over speeding, the traffic officer also gave me details where I should pay the fine at Nedbank i paid, later I was told the money went to the impounded cars department, so I should pay again at Absa Bank, i paid again.. I have been struggling since March 2020 to have my refund, they kept on promising me.. Mr MI Mbalu
