******* Confiscation of Licence Disc by Traffic Officers on R80 towards Eskia Mpahlele Road

Traffic officer with infrastructure number 49512WPD stopped me on R80 heading to Eskia Mphahlele Road without identifying himself and his partner opened my car and confiscated my Licence Disc stating that my car is excessively smoking which is a blatant lie and didn't even offer me opportunity to defend rights to him on the matter as his word was final.

I went to Traffic Department on Schoeman to complaint they were of no help at all what I gathered is that traffic officers are ordained to abuse me as the citizen of south Africa as they deem fit as its within their power and what they say goes.

I proceeded to call ********** talked to some lady referred me to their traffic control department stating they assume the traffic guys are the ''board'' and out of their jurisdiction and they have no way of checking whom the force number mentioned above belong to that we should have requested his name.

Traffic Control officers said the guys don't belong to them they suspect the board.

We demanded an explanation as why our disc was confiscated as reason given was not enough cars were speeding we were driving below 100km/h.

The department said they cant help us.

We went to the SAPS demanded they write us an affidavit as I now blv those officers are upto no good with my car licence disc.

Traffic deparment Board Provincial Whom ever it is I need my licence disc back and what happened is definitely ******* on all fronts
