Ignorance at Traffic Departments

Recently tried to pay a traffic fine at Parow Traffic Department. The clerk was unhelpful, uninterested & downright rude! She told us to go to Spar or the Post Office to pay. We tried to explain that we went to Spar & they referred us to rather go to the Traffic Department, but she refused to listen. Spent the entire day driving to Traffic Departments to no avail. Really disgusting behaviour that some people have
