Horrible Eye Test Service

The attitude of the gentleman who is performing eye tests today,20 Nov 2018 at the licencing centre is horrible. He shouts around and has no regard for the que. He helps whoever he wants first. I have been waiting for an eye test for close to 3 hours.

People like him needs to shape up or ship out.
