Brackenfell traffic Department!

PATHETIC!!! Waited 4 hours in que to get to the enquiries line for an over-entitled women to repeatedly refer to me as “klien miesie l” I am a 27 year old women, she refused to take a signed letter stating that I live at an address that is not in my name with a water and levy statement on that individuals name ( DATED 1 January)- I was told it is not older than three months, my renter will need to go to a police station and fill out a signed affidavit stating that I am a renter and I live there.

Might I add that this is the FOURTH time I’ve been to this traffic station since January- every time they are just as RUDE, unhelpful and unprofessional. EVERY time I’ve been told a different story as to what I need etc. Etc.

When asking okay so what do I need to do this time and now I got a snarky response “jy moet maar gaan dogtertjie en jou houding regret”

I am SHOCKED at the absolute arrogance and disrespect. I asked if I could speak to a manger and I was told there isn’t one. RIDICULOUS, how can this be a government run institution.
