Hoopstad Traffic department

The worst service I've seen and experienced in my life !!! Especially a staff member named November . Sir if you don't want to be there why don't you just quit and do everyone a favour ! I took my 18 year daughter to make an appointment for her code 08 drivers licence and she were treated in a very rude manner and even screamed at . She were also treaded in the same rude manner today when she was taken for her code 08 license exam by the same traffic officer . She went for 10 classes and know her K53 and me and my wife had to take off from work again today to bring her to Hoopstad from Bloemfontein to get this rude unprofessional service . November told her today about 10 times that he don't have time for this and she is just wasting his time .
