Hill Star Traffic Dept has ******* traffic officers

Stay away from Hill Start Traffic Dept in Cape Town - some of their traffic officers are *******! A friend of mine went for the driver's licence test on 5 Jan'22. A female officer went on the road with this person and failed the person for observation - whatever that means! But back at the traffic dept my friend was offered a "work around" that will cost R3000.00 to still get the driver's licence. Its clear that some of their traffic officers are targeting some members from the public, fail them on purpose and then try to bribe them out of R3000 for the licence. It is shameful!
