Help Please

Hi. So I was checking on Facebook to find someone to help me do my prdp as I've not got a clue how to do it, found a guy who calls himself Given, claims to be working at the traffic department. He says to me that he can help me do everything for r800 so I get excited. I told him I prefer to pay cash, he asks me to do an eft, I told him that I'm afraid of being ****med so I can't, we both agree on cash, this was on the 27 September. He then sends me a text saying it's being done and I must come fetch it on the 28 September at 8 am. I ask a family member to take me in, when I get there, he says he can't come out as there are inspectors there, I must do an eft and a lady will come give it to me, sends me a pic of the lady. I told him that was not our agreement. He keeps forcing me to do the eft, I eventually say to him that why can he suddenly come out when he said he could and he was ready, I'm going to report him as a ****mer, he made me drive there and wasted me time. He then threatens me, sends me a picture of a firearm, saying if I report him he will find me and kill me. He send a lot of threatening voice notes, saying he knows where I live. I told him no problem, I'm gonna report him cause what he is doing is wrong, he then shows me a form of a warrant of arrest and says he is gonna report me for trying to bribe him, he was the one that posted on Facebook community group saying he can help, how am i bribing him. Keeps mentioning if I report him, he will find me and kill me. This is not rite, how many people has he done this to and how many more people will he do this to. I go check on Facebook and he deleted the post but I have his number and the voice notes and the pictures, I also have one pic of his ad that he posted on Facebook. Please I need help. My fiance and I are just trying to get our life together and really struggling. My number is *** I'm not sure how much of trouble this is gonna cause, as it's claimed to be in the traffic department, meaning that my life can really be in danger and my family, I'm also afraid of posting this but I don't know what else to do. I'm afraid if I go to the police station and this guy knows people, it will be dangerous. I tried to contact the SAPS on watsapp and gave them a little information, my Fiance said I must stop cause it can be dangerous. Also the person whoever rep**** on the watsapp said that it is the wrong platform and I must go in to the police station.
