Harassment from traffic officer

I was pulled over while driving my scooter, The traffic police pulled me over and I admitted that I was in the wrong and I apologised and gave them my details so that they can give me a fine that I knew I deserved.<br> <br> The officer writing the fine was polite and just did his job but the other two that was with him started to threaten me and making rude jokes. They told me they were going to take my scooter in custody, when I told them I live far they said I better start walking then and laughed, when I asked them what rights they have to do something like that they got really angry and said that if I don't stop talking they will arrest me and I should just keep my mouth shut because they can do what they want and I have no right to question them because I don't know anything, then I started to say something and the one guy said, \you wanna get arrested? Or better yet must I get my pepper spray?"and then he called to his friend to get the pepper spray in the car so he \""can teach me a lesson\"". I kept quiet and did nothing and luckily they let me go.<br> <br> This was horrible. And I heard of other people going through the same. Potchefstroom traffic police are a disgrace to law enforcement."""
