Harassment by hillstar traffic officers on the road for no reason

I was harassed by hillstar traffic officers when just simply pulling out my drive way this is really pathetic since they are law enforcement and they are driving way above the speed limit in a residential area three of them literally shouted at me while leaving me with no where to go one right on top of my car then speeding away then another pulled right up against my car from behind and another pulled on the side on the on coming side of the road all three speeding before coming to a stop 1 white golf 7 and two blue and white Toyotas with no lights on at all giving them a reason to speed like that. I had to hoot so my inlaw wouldnt be hit by them. This needs to be brought up and dealed with I am definitely not letting this go. They were so aggressive towards me not even giving me a chance to answer this all happened today 07/10/2020. 3:43 pm... I will be opening a case and will definitely be coming to the traffic department to get this guy's details.
