Greenpoint traffic department disgusting service

Disgusting service It is sad to see the mediocrity in the greenpoint traffic department. I waited 2 hours in a queue to be told come back tomorrow for eye test we are closing now.

When collecting my drivers license I was told the system is offline we can do nothing. The faded paper saying "We are offline" get stuck on every cubicle and the coffee chats continues while the now unproductive citizens of SA wait and wait. There is no desire to get a workaround in place to serve the people who work to pay tax for this service.

It's Disgusting.
