GREEN POINT TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT - FINE DISASTER

I have a fine that was paid on 05 September 2018. The cut-off for payment for this fine was 25 September 2018. The money was no allocated to the fine and I had to appear in court today. I went to Green Point traffic department on the 3rd floor and the lady (I didn't get her name but she wears a scarf) at the counter said that I must go to the 1st floor. I asked her what is on the 1st floor and she responded that they will explain to me. I went to the 1st floor and the gentleman says that I must go to the 3rd floor. The gentleman was so kind to call and find out who could assist me. What a circus? I went back to the 3rd floor and by now the lady with the scarf does not want to make eye contact with me. I spoke to a lady named Kay and she said that she will call their Accounts department to allocate the funds to the fine. I paid this fine via the FNB App. The Traffic Department and FNB's systems are not aligned. The lady assured me that she'll sort it out and will not have to go to court. I had to appear today and the system shows that the fine is unpaid. Now there'll be a Warrant of Arrest for me. I called ********** and my word...what a load of *********** people we breed in South Africa. The girl did not or chose not to understand me. Now she wants me to go back to the Traffic Department as if I don't have a job. I mean WTH is wrong with these Government workers. I am paying their salaries for this pathetic service or lack there of. It's this kind of service that gets my blood boiling. PS. I went to Green Point traffic Department on 27 September 2018 and someone stole my badge off my car in their parking area which will cost me R5000 to replace. If you look at the service in this country and the crime...one feels like moving overseas where everything is working, people have the right attitudes and crime is low or non existent. Remember....we pay your salaries. My issue with my fine has still not been sorted after been sent from pillar to post!
