Great Staff at Mangaung Traffic Department

Thank you Mr. Seleke Motlhodi<br> <br> My pensioned father got a traffic ticket in Bloemfontein. He did not know how to pay for the ticket in Gauteng and after so many trips to police stations and traffic departments in Gauteng with no results, I phoned Bloemfontein municipality - who first of all answered there phones and instructed me to contact Seleke Motlhodi, who also surprisingly answered his phone.<br> <br> Well Mr. Motlhodi, his assistance was amazing as he asked me to email him the fine (even though I kept writing the wrong email account , he had patience and continued to help me) He returned the paper work with the banking details and reduced the fine as my father is a pensioner.<br> <br> I am not writing this letter because Mr Motlhodi reduced the fine , I cant believe that in Bloemfontein your system is working, from the council to the traffic department every one answered their phones and assisted me to pay a fine and even going the extra mile.-all this without one bribe - you give us hope Bloemfontein , Thank you
