George Traffic department *****-up

me and my wife's wallets got ****** last year September 2018. we went to get new drivers licences. We paid, they took the photos. I have received mine the beginning of December 2018. After I received mine my wife has been phoning the traffic department just to hear "they will sms when they receive it" We are in the middel of March 2019 and she still has not received her licence yet. People at my work went to renew there licence in Jan 19 and after 3 weeks they received theirs. My wife has phoned the department in cape town just to get the answer "they are allowed to do a new licence for free if she has not received her licence yet" She phone the George traffic department again. The george people did not know anything about such a thing and wants to call cape town to confirm. This is ridiculous. You should not be in a working position if you cannot do the work. You are rude and should go so that you can learn how to work with customers. Her temporary licence is about to expire and this is all the departments fault just because some idiot cannot do their work. And in Feb she had to do go in and do her photo's again because some idiot lost it. How the hell. The photo's are being taken on a system. How do you lose something on a system.
